We recommend reading these terms before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

Who can buy?

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 (or have parental or guardian permission), or that you are purchasing as a legal entity.

Personal information

As set out in our Privacy Policy, the data we collect is used to accept, process and deliver your order and provide customer service.

Payment

Goods remain the Seller's property until payment is completed. We reserve the right not to fulfil an order if payment is declined or there are payment-related problems.

  • The price in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
  • Delivery costs are shown before you confirm payment.
  • We do not store card details; the payment operator processes them.

Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are provided when you place the order and/or in the order confirmation. If you have a delivery question or your delivery is late, contact us and we will help.

Important: If an order is sent to a country where import or customs charges may apply, these may be charged under that country's rules and are generally payable by the recipient.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, first contact us at info@kama.lt. If you have already received the item, you will need to return it.

Return conditions

  • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, with packaging where possible.
  • The buyer usually pays return shipping for non-faulty goods.
  • We pay return shipping if the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Warning: Personalised goods made to your specifications generally cannot be returned, except where a manufacturing defect is found.

Warranty

We undertake to sell only goods of satisfactory quality. All goods carry the statutory warranty (normally 2 years), but it does not cover faults or damage caused by:

  • Improper or careless use;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • External factors;
  • Third-party actions.

If you have a problem with an item, email info@kama.lt with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where possible.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide on the website, such as your delivery address and email. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend an account if we observe suspicious activity or abuse.

Using the website

You must not:

  • Break the law or post unlawful or offensive content;
  • Interfere with others' use of the website;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access, distribute viruses or otherwise harm the website;
  • Use automated systems for bulk data scraping without permission;
  • Unlawfully copy content or design.

Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, design, logos and code, is our intellectual property or that of its lawful owners and is protected by law. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, liability for losses related to a particular order is generally limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses where applicable law permits this.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version takes effect when published on the website.

Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If a dispute arises, we first try to resolve it amicably. If this is unsuccessful, a consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), and disputes may be heard by a court under the applicable rules.
