Find out when to expect your order, which delivery options we offer and what to do if your parcel is delayed.

Delivery times

Some items are kept in our warehouse; others are shipped directly from trusted suppliers' warehouses. This determines when you will receive your order.

From our warehouse — fast delivery

1–3 business days. Your order is dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received.

From suppliers' warehouses — standard delivery

5–9 business days. Items are shipped directly from the supplier, so the wait is a little longer.

Tip: If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Your specific delivery time

The precise delivery time is shown in two places:

  • On each product page, before you add the item to your cart;
  • In the order confirmation emailed to you after payment.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed time

We aim to meet the stated delivery times, but rare supply-chain disruptions may cause delays. If this happens, we will:

  • Notify you promptly by email or phone;
  • Offer a new, realistic delivery date;
  • Refund all amounts paid if the new date is unsuitable.

Where we deliver

Goods are delivered to your specified address:

  • Throughout Lithuania;
  • To other countries within our delivery coverage. Available destinations and prices are shown during checkout.

Warning: Orders sent to non-EU countries may incur import or customs charges under the destination country's rules. These charges are generally payable by the recipient.

When goods are considered delivered

Goods are considered delivered when handed to:

  • You personally, or
  • Another person specified in your order, such as a family member, colleague or parcel-locker recipient.

We recommend checking the packaging as soon as the parcel arrives. If you notice damage, contact us within 24 hours and include photos.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the selected method, parcel weight and destination country. The final amount is always shown during checkout before payment, with no hidden charges.
